Lapis Lazuli is seen as a Leadership Stone, one that can help provide a vision for the future and overall good judgement. It is felt to have properties that aid in intellectual analysis, problem-solving, memory, learning, and communication. It is also used in meditation and cleansing rituals.

Lapis Lazuli is used by some when seeking direction and guidance, and to create or strengthen relationships.

It is associated with honesty and truth. Some people feel that self-awareness and self-acceptance can be improved by using this stone as it is believed to take away the fear of displeasing others.

It is felt that pendulums can be of assistance in answering questions, making decisions and receiving spiritual guidance.

Lapis Lazuli has been cherished since ancient times for its rich, celestial color and its association with wisdom and truth.

During the Renaissance, it was crushed into a fine powder and used to make paint for works featuring the Virgin Mary and other sacred beings with which the blue hue was associated. Cleopatra also used this fine powder as eyeshadow, giving her an iconic look that is still remembered today.

Ancient Egyptians treasured this stone for its spiritual insights. Pharaohs such as King Tut and others had their tombs heavily decorated with this stone as it was thought to bridge the gap between the living and the dead.

Shipping

All shipments are via Canada Post or UPS, and are tracked (you will be provided with a tracking number via email).

Canada and the United States

 Free shipping on purchases of $100 or more, with a total weight of 2kg (4.4lbs) or less. 

If the purchase is less than $100, and 2kg or less, then shipping is $10.

If the weight is greater than 2kg, then shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

International  

Shipping is $30 for purchases with a total weight of less than 2kg. If the weight is greater than 2kg, then shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Because of the unique nature of crystals, and the fact that I cleanse and energize all of our crystals before shipping, sales of crystals are final, other than in the case of serious damage during shipping. In this case, please photograph the item and contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Because I’m based in Canada, I am required to charge GST/HST on all purchases that are shipped to addresses in Canada. 

 For shipments to the US and other countries, duties and any sales or other taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Note that all shipments to the United States under $800 are identified as Section 321, and are therefore not subject to any duties or import taxes.
