These incense sticks are hand-blended and rolled.

Shipping

All shipments are via Canada Post or UPS, and are tracked (you will be provided with a tracking number via email).

Canada and the United States

 Free shipping on purchases of $100 or more, with a total weight of 2kg (4.4lbs) or less. 

If the purchase is less than $100, and 2kg or less, then shipping is $10.

If the weight is greater than 2kg, then shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

International  

Shipping is $30 for purchases with a total weight of less than 2kg. If the weight is greater than 2kg, then shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Because of the unique nature of crystals, and the fact that I cleanse and energize all of our crystals before shipping, sales of crystals are final, other than in the case of serious damage during shipping. In this case, please photograph the item and contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Because I’m based in Canada, I am required to charge GST/HST on all purchases that are shipped to addresses in Canada. 

 For shipments to the US and other countries, duties and any sales or other taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Note that all shipments to the United States under $800 are identified as Section 321, and are therefore not subject to any duties or import taxes.
